PRIVACY NOTICE
Your information
Effective: October 22, 2026. Moassis LLC, trading as NextCarCheck, handles your inquiry and service records.
What we collect
Our contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, any vehicle details and ZIP code you provide, your preferred timing or question, and an optional referral source. The booking form additionally collects a phone number, the vehicle’s inspection address and county, seller contact, requested deadline, optional listing/VIN and concerns, and your agreement to the service terms. We also store the terms version and the time of your order. Only provide seller contact details you are permitted to share. Service records may also include appointment details, inspection photos and reports, correspondence, payment status and refund details. Do not include card details or identity documents in the form.
A request may include a random inquiry reference and the advertising source, medium and campaign from the page link. We use these to understand which campaigns generate inquiries. Missing attribution is recorded as unknown.
How we use it
We use your information to respond, arrange and deliver inspections, handle payments and cancellations, and keep necessary service records. We do not sell your personal information or add you to marketing lists. If you provide a phone number, we may call or text about your inquiry, appointment or report. You can ask us to use another contact method.
Storage and service providers
Website hosting and inquiry storage use Cloudflare through our hosting service. Hosting providers process connection and security information, such as IP addresses and browser details. Requests are available through a restricted owner inbox. Resend sends inquiry notifications to our private business inbox, including the contact and vehicle details you submit. Email notifications and correspondence are also processed by our email providers. We disable email open and link tracking for these notifications. Information needed to arrange an inspection may also be handled in our private correspondence and service records.
Stripe processes payment details on its checkout pages. We provide the contact and service-location information needed to create the checkout and calculate applicable tax. We use payment status and identifiers to match a payment to an inspection. Our contact form does not collect card details. Stripe’s privacy policy explains its handling of payment information. Service providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy practices. We may disclose records when required by law or to handle a payment dispute. We share appointment details with a seller only as needed to arrange access; we do not send the seller your report without your permission.
Advertising and cookies
Our public pages use the Google Ads tag to support advertising measurement. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, page URL and advertising click identifiers, and may use cookies or similar technology to associate a visit with an ad interaction. We disable advertising personalization signals in this tag and do not upload inquiry records to advertising audiences. We do not configure the tag to send the name, email, phone number or vehicle details entered in our form. The base tag does not by itself report an inquiry as a conversion. Once payment measurement is configured, the private order-status page may send a purchase conversion only after the server verifies payment. It uses an order identifier and the amount and currency, not your name, email, phone, vehicle or seller details. An order identifier helps prevent duplicate counting. Refunded orders are tracked separately in our booking records. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s ad controls.
Hosting security, the restricted owner inbox and Stripe checkout may also use cookies or similar technology needed to operate securely. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies; browser tracking protection and ad blockers may also limit advertising measurement.
Retention and your requests
We review records at least twice a year. Inquiries that do not become bookings are deleted or anonymized within 12 months of the last contact. Completed booking records, reports and payment records are normally retained for seven years after the service or refund to support service questions, accounting and disputes. These are our operating retention periods, not a statement that the law requires every record to be kept for that long. Records needed for an open dispute or a legal obligation may be kept longer, and copies held by payment or hosting providers follow their retention practices.
To request access, correction or deletion, use our contact form or call (919) 514-0405. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for payment, tax, disputes or other legal obligations.
