THE $299 INSPECTION

Understand the car
before you commit.

We inspect at the seller’s location, document the findings, and help you understand what needs attention.

The price includes one vehicle at the agreed location, photos, a written report and a call with your inspector. Applicable tax is included.

01

Frame / Body damage

Look for signs of impact, previous repair and corrosion that deserve a closer look.

No dismantling, lift inspection or chassis measurement. Hidden damage may remain; paint readings do not certify accident history.

02

Electronic scan

Read what the vehicle’s compatible systems can tell us, and record the limits of that information.

Module access varies by vehicle and equipment. No codes does not mean no faults; unavailable data cannot establish mileage or rule out code clearing.

03

Engine assessment

Check operation and accessible components for signs that need maintenance or further diagnosis.

No compression, leak-down, pressure testing or internal engine inspection. We describe symptoms and recommend further assessment when the cause is uncertain.

04

Interior and cosmetic

Separate everyday wear from problems that affect how you will use the car.

Trim and carpets stay in place. Visible checks cannot certify flood history, airbag condition or crash performance.

05

Road Test

Observe how the car behaves under the conditions available on the day.

Road testing requires permission, insurance arrangements and safe conditions. Wheels are not removed; inaccessible brake components are marked unverified. If a road test cannot be completed, we explain why.

A report you can act on.

You receive a summary of the main concerns, supporting observations and photos, and suggested follow-up. Measurements and scan findings are included where available. Checks we could not complete are listed explicitly.

Then we talk through your questions: what to ask the seller, which items need a repair estimate, and what remains uncertain.

Before the visit

Send the listing, vehicle address, seller’s contact and your deadline. Confirm that the seller allows an inspection. Ask them to make the keys and service records available and, if possible, leave the engine cold.

We agree on the inspection and report timeline with you. If we cannot agree on timing after payment, you receive a full refund.
